Fuyu Ramen

Absolutely incredible ramen experience at Fuyu Ramen in Aurora! We just ate here and it was amazing—the Curry Ramen tasted like it was straight from Japan, with that perfect rich, aromatic broth and bold flavors that transported me right back to Tokyo. I haven’t had ramen this authentic and delicious since I lived there. The noodles were spot-on, the toppings fresh, and everything was perfectly balanced. Our server Henry was outstanding: super friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal even better with his great energy. The restaurant is clean, cozy, with fun Japanese vibes, and the portions are generous. If I could, I’d eat here every day! Highly recommend—best ramen spot in the area by far. Can’t wait to come back!

I absolutely love this ramen restaurant! The curry is so delicious—rich, flavorful, and comforting. The vibe is awesome, super cozy and fun. On top of that, they have a movie night every Wednesday, which makes the place even more special. Such a great spot to eat, relax, and enjoy good food and good energy. I will 100% be coming back again!

This is my favorite ramen place to eat, amazing food, affordable, and out of this world staff. Jessica is the best, she's friendly, caring and goes out if her way to make sure everyone enjoy there time at the restaurant. I would definitely come here again.

This place is under new management and how exciting you can see it and feel it! The atmosphere is much better than it used to be looks cleaner, food already tastes better than what it was. Service is spectacular.! Jessica helped us ,she is newer and you would never know, she’s wonderful! If you’ve come here before in the past, and was unsure you will need to give it a second chance like I did!

Under new management and the food is great. My waitress, who told me her name and then I promptly forgot it, because that's my brain but she was excellent and sweet. Great fresh tasting food and I would definitely recommend. I eat here often.

We frequented this place when it was under the previous owners that also own Fuyu sushi and decided to check it out under the new ownership this weekend. The food was delicious and loved the added menu items. I'm a huge fan of Japanese curry and glad to see they are growing their curry options! It's so hard to find good Japanese curry in Denver and so thankful we have a local source. The decor and store front has improved and definitely has a more inviting vibe. The also have anime movie night on Wednesdays so we'll have to check it out then. Give this place a try for some tasty ramen and Japanese appetizers!
